This DIY foaming hand soap is a great way to use all those essential oils you’ve gathered up. It will also allow you to decrease the amount of plastic you’re using/purchasing while saving some money! This earth friendly version uses essential oils so you can avoid artificial fragrances and it’s so simple to make, you’ll never buy hand soap again.
What you'll need...
- Any foaming hand soap container with pump
- 2 TBSP Liquid Castile Soap
- 1/2 to 1 tsp Fractionated/Liquid Coconut Oil
- 10-15 Drops of your Favourite Essential Oil(s)
- Water (to fill)
Mix all ingredients together in your hand soap container and top off the rest with water (don’t forget to leave room for the pump).
Essential Oil Blend Ideas
- 5 Wils Orange and 5 Peppermint
- 5 Eucalyptus and 5 Lavender
- 5 Grapefruit and 5 Spearmint
- 5 Lemon and 5 Rosemary
- 2 of each: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Tea Tree, Peppermint
