Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats

Base:

Add

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Alternatively Add:

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (or use chocolate protein powder)

OR Add:

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 small banana

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy right out of the jar!
