Welcome, I’m Jamie, a licensed psychotherapist helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I use a person-centred approach where my work is grounded in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space to work with you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without judgment.
I specialize in working with stress, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions. Every client is different—some appreciate brief, focused sessions, while others prefer a long-term, more adaptable partnership to support them through life’s twists and turns. I’m open to exploring what suits you best, and I find that flexibility and some light-heartedness can make a big difference.
