Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic Adjustments

A hands on approach to healing your body.  Chiropractic adjustments safely and effectively treat your joints, muscles and nervous system.
Adjustments can provide pain relief, increased mobility and support optimum health and total body function.
Chiropractic adjustments are safe and effective for a variety of conditions and address the cause of your body’s dysfunction, not simply the symptoms.

Webster Technique

A specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment which reduces nerve system stress and improves pelvic biomechanics function during pregnancy.

Myofascial Release

A soft tissue technique that involves applying sustained pressure to the connective tissue during motion to eliminate pain and physical restrictions and restore normal motion allowing you to resume a painfree lifestyle.

Activator

Activator adjusting is an alternative method to classic chiropractic adjusting.  It is a gentle, low force treatment that is used on individual joints to restore motion and reduce pain.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy

Utilizing specialized instruments designed to detect and treat soft tissue fibrosis and scar tissue.

Electrotherapies

A pain management technique that stimulates nerves and muscles and encourages the body to release endorphins, our body’s own natural pain killers.

Kinesiology Taping

This technique uses hypoallergenic tape designed to have the same properties of human skin.  It is able to integrate with the neurosensory and circulatory systems of the body without hindering joint and muscle ranges of motion. Taping can be useful for providing postural support, reducing acute or chronic  pain, or enhancing lymphatic  flow (reducing swelling).

Acupuncture

Biomedical or Neurofunctional Acupuncture involves the insertion of needles in specific sites to promote a specific desired neurological response.

The therapeutic purpose is primarily to modulate abnormal activity in the nervous, and musculoskeletal systems.
These abnormalities may manifest as common pain syndromes such as:
  • chronic neck, mid- and low-back pain
  • headaches
  • extremity joint pains such as shoulder impingement, tennis elbow, etc.
  • functional movement problems

Rehabilitation

Stretching and strengthening techniques to assist with current conditions and prevent further injury.
