Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

These Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are a quick and easy breakfast that will keep you full until lunch. You can also bulk them up with some protein powder to keep you satisfied even longer.  

  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips 
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Ghee (for cooking)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  You may need to add a stash of almond milk if the mixture is too thick.  Add ghee to your pan and cook pancakes to a golden brown.  Enjoy!
